Chelsea Blackerby presents I Felt That (Rainbow Troop, crawl) during her exploration as a SPACELab artist. In order to explore the confines and expanses of personal space, the artist creates interactive controlled environments. In I Felt That (Rainbow Troop, crawl), Blackerby uses traditional sleeping material to create small, nest-like spaces that invite viewers into them. As the viewers become engaged with the static space, they transform the installation into performance with their participation. Blackerby is currently studying sculpture at The Myers School of Art in Akron, Ohio.

In Mapping Mixed Information, R. Justin Stewart presents multiple maps that record his movements from interiors to exteriors through time.  A meticulously hung gridwork of blue thread and changing light projections interact with each other to present the viewer with shifting slivers of information.  As a graduate student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Stewart was a recipient of the International Sculpture Center 2007 Student Achievement in Sculpture Award. He has exhibited across the western states, including Kansas, Missouri, and Minnesota.
