Looking for a way to support Northeast Ohio artists? Look no further than Art Mart, SPACES' 18th Annual Members' Show and Sale on view from April 18 - 25. Join us for an opening reception on April 18th from 5-9pm, where you can meet and mingle with Cleveland's visual artist community. The exhibition and reception are absolutely free and open to the public, so bring a friend and stop by to see and buy the work of local artists.
Over 100 artist-members in the unjuried Art Mart exhibition will have four feet of wall or floor space to exhibit ready-made or site-specific work. You'll find a diverse range of original artworks, including painting, photography, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and jewelry. You can also help support SPACES programs and find great prices on donated equipment, forgotten art and odds and ends in our Spring Cleaning Sale area. Hours for Art Mart are Saturday 11 -5pm, Sunday from 1-5, and Tuesday through Friday from 11-5:30. Parking and admission are free, so what are you waiting for? SPACES is a non-profit, artist-run, alternative space gallery. Since 1978, SPACES has given over 7,000 artists in the visual and performing arts an arena in which to present challenging new ideas. SPACES is located at 2220 Superior Viaduct on the West side of the Flats. Superior Viaduct runs parallel to the Detroit Superior Bridge at the intersection of West 25th Street.
