See the city in a new light this summer, and support young area artists at the same time! SPACES gallery presents Capturing Cleveland: Pages From a City Sketchbook, on view from June 11th through July 31st, an extraordinary SPACELab exhibition of over 200 works of art by 21 students at The Cleveland Institute of Art. Join us for the free opening reception Friday, June 11, from 5-9pm.

In late 2002 The Institute established a partnership with Indigo Custom Publishing, a national publishing firm headquartered in Macon, Georgia, to produce a book of student artwork devoted to the city of Cleveland. SPACES presents a special preview exhibition showcasing the extraordinary and multi-faceted talent of the institute's students as they interpret our rich and complex city.
