Event Rental
With spacious interiors, high ceilings, and an industrial/artsy feel, SPACES offers a unique and exciting atmosphere for any party or meeting. Located on the western edge of downtown Cleveland, SPACES is accessible to both East and West sides.
Rental Rates
The rental rates for gallery and 3rd floor loft is based on the number of guests attending the event, space required and amount of work required by SPACES to prepare for the event.
| $425 – 475 | Events under 75 guests |
| $476 – 575 | Events between 75-100 guests |
| $576 – 725 | Events over 100 guests |
| $625 – 825 | All weddings, wedding dinners, and wedding receptions |
| $700 – 925 | Renting gallery and 3rd floor front space |

Non-profit group pricing is available. SPACES Board and staff must approve all benefits and fundraising events.
Availability
Accommodations for gallery rental depend on the exhibition at the time of the rental. Due to certain types of SPACES exhibitions, we may not be able to accommodate all groups. SPACES also has a 3rd floor "ballroom" space available for event rentals.

SPACES is located at 2220 Superior Viaduct on the West side of the Flats. Superior Viaduct runs parallel to the Detroit-Superior Bridge at the intersection of West 25th Street.
