The basic modules in Beate Baumgärtner's work exploit everyday materials such as sponges and chipboard from a DIY store. These multiply during their virtual existence in the CAD program, becoming tightly stacked like in a warehouse. This sort of neverending construction creates graphic adventures when parts of it are enlarged.
