Working artist, Cleveland-convert, collector, poet, Gallery Manager of Hartshorn Studios in Tremont, and now Co-Creator of the new and 2nd location for Hartshorn Studios at 78th Street Studios, Lila Rose Kole had her Cleveland debut last March exhibiting a series of abstract "lightscapes." Her work investigates a sense of place in light through color interplay, the (dis)tension of value and luminosity, and depth achieved through glazing methods. Lila's commissioned work and studio series can be found in a number of galleries and collections throughout Cleveland and the surrounding area.
