Marc Lepson

Biography

Marc Lepson currently lives in Brooklyn, New York, where he teaches at the State University of New York Purchase College and at the Pratt Institute. He received his MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1997, and his BA in English Literature and Fine Arts from the State University of New York at Albany. He also studied at three schools in Italy: La Cipressaia, Scuola Lorenzo Dei Medici, and the Studio Art Center International. He was awarded grants from both the Puffin Foundation in 2004 and the Pollock - Krasner Foundation in 2001. His work has been exhibited both in the United States and internationally.
