Tore Dobberstein completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the Philipp University of Marburg, Germany, in 1999 and received a diploma in Economics and Business Administration from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenburg, Germany, in 2003. He also studied Economics at the University of León, Spain. Dobberstein is currently a partner at Complizen Planungsbüro, Berlin, where he was the CEO from 2003-2011. He is also a teacher in Moderation in Planning Processes for the Institute for European Urbanism at the Bauhaus University, Weimar, Germany. He was a Visiting Professor in Interdisciplinary Centre for Urban Culture and Public Space (SKuOR) program, as part of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, at the Vienna University of Technology, where he taught Economy and Innovation from 2011-2012 and worked in Urban Development for Urban Passion from 2006-2010.
