What Artists Need to Know about Intellectual Property in the New Media Age!
Peter Friedman of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts discusses how new technology and media are inspiring creative endeavors that constantly challenge old (and not-so-old) presumptions about artwork, artists, and art law. This talk will give an overview of fundamental legal issues, discuss the effect of new technologies on art, and consider whether there are any "new rules" for artists.
